Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Routine Yard Maintenance

Weekly or bi-weekly visits — mow what needs mowing, blow the gravel clean, edge the walks, haul the clippings. Same day every week.

Most Phoenix yards need a regular pass to stay tidy: a small Bermuda or rye patch in front, decomposed-granite paths to keep raked, mesquite pods and palm fronds to clear before they stain the driveway. We work the same routes the same days so you know when we are coming. Flat monthly rate, no surprise charges.

  • Overgrown Property Reset

Empty rentals, inherited yards, properties the last tenant let go — we cut it all back, haul it out, and hand it back tidy.

Two crews, one truck, one trailer. We clear knee-high weeds, dead palm fronds, abandoned pots, palo verde suckers, broken irrigation lines — whatever the yard collected while no one was looking. Quoted flat by the property after a walk-through. Most one- to two-day jobs land between $250 and $900.

  • Sonoran Plant Care

Saguaro, palo verde, mesquite, agave, ocotillo — pruned the way each plant actually wants, not whacked into a shape.

We grew up in this desert. Palo verde gets thinned in late spring so the monsoon does not snap a limb. Mesquite gets shaped young so it never needs major surgery. Agave pups get separated before they crowd the parent. We do not top saguaros, we do not shear palo verde into meatballs, and we will tell you straight when a plant should just come out.

  • Gravel & Decomposed Granite

Refresh tired front yards: weed-cloth down where it helps, fresh granite or river rock spread, edges defined, plants kept healthy through the swap.

Most Phoenix front yards are gravel that has thinned, mixed with weeds, and lost its color. We pull what is past saving, lay fresh fabric where it helps (and skip it where it does not), top-dress with the granite or rock you pick, and rake it flat. Existing plants stay in the ground; we work around them.

  • Pre-Monsoon Cleanups

Before July: thin overgrown trees, secure loose limbs, clear washes around the house. After: haul what the storm dropped.

Phoenix has two real seasons for yard work: before monsoon and after. Before, we thin out tree canopies so the wind does not take a whole limb. We move pots off paths, clear the gravel out of pool decks, and check the drainage around the house. After, we come back and haul what came down.

  • Drip & Sprinkler Repairs

The drip line that stopped working, the head spraying the wrong direction, the controller nobody understands — we sort it.

Most desert yards run on drip emitters, and most of them have at least one chewed line under the gravel. We trace, repair, replace heads, reprogram controllers for AZ summer schedules (deeper, less often), and check that every plant is getting what it actually needs.

  • Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Oleander, Texas sage, lantana, hopbush — kept tidy without scalping them. Done by hand where it matters, by trimmer where it does not.

  • Paver Patios & Walkways

Travertine, flagstone, or concrete pavers — set on a base that holds up to summer heat and monsoon flash flooding.

Hardscape that stays put: proper compacted base, geotextile underlayment, polymeric sand in the joints. We do not skip steps to bid lower; the base is where these jobs fail in five years.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
